The Russian singer Iosif Kobzon, who was stripped of all Ukrainian state awards by the decree of the President of Ukraine, reacted to such a decision of the Ukrainian authorities.

Kobzon in an interview noted that he had long ago renounced all Ukrainian awards, according to FAN.

"Two years ago I said that I refuse all Ukrainian awards. Therefore, the authorities take some obscure decisions late.

I was rewarded by another Ukraine, so I cherish those awards. And the fact that now the so-called obscurantist, pro-American, new Ukraine is trying to take some measures, I do not even know how to react to it, "said Joseph Kobzon.

It should be noted that the sanctions against him were imposed indefinitely. Earlier, the terrorist supporter had the title of People's Artist of Ukraine.
