The Ukrainian DZIDZIO Group, which continues litigation due to copyright infringement by a music group that calls itself Dzidzioff, has now received the first amount of cash compensation.

As noted earlier, the court ordered the participants of the double group DZIDZIO DZIDZ'OFF to pay Mason Entertainment LLC a pecuniary compensation in the amount of 132,740 UAH from each participant for violation of copyright property rights to music.

The total amount of compensation is 398 thousand 220 UAH from three members of the offending group.

The executors carried out a number of measures provided for by law to search for and carry out actions to sell property of violators.

Private performer as of 17. 04. 18 recalculated the appropriate funds in the amount of 132,700 UAH to the company Mason Entertainment LLC recovered from one of the offenders, namely citizens Vasilets Julia Igorevny.

The proceeds of DZIDZIO were spun off to charity.

Out of the amount of 132,700 UAH, 25,299 UAH of tax was paid, the fee for a private enforcement officer was 6,635 UAH, the balance of the amount - 100,865 UAH was transferred to the Yavoriv district charitable organization "Childs of the Moors" in. Novoyavorovsk, Lviv region.
