Previously up to 16 years he played basketball for the Wales team, then led the insurance company. Because of the work that allowed a person to stay at home, he significantly increased in weight, and because of a knee injury he had no opportunity to train in the hall.
"At the university, I was not sure what I wanted to do, so I decided to postpone all my thoughts and finish my work in British Gas. In 2006, at 21, I founded my own start-up, "- Gwilim said.
His business was successful, but Gwilym himself did not feel happy.
"At that time, I was quite full, because I worked 12 hours a day and did not leave the house. My business was successful, but I decided to bring my life in order and again become healthy, "he said..
