Hollywood actress Jane Fonda recently during one of the American shows admitted that she underwent an operation to remove a cancerous tumor on her face.

Thus, the 80-year-old celebrity explained the presence of a patch on her lip.

"I want to explain why on my lip is a patch. I had a cancerous tumor. I thought that before I met you all will heal and I can take it off. Everything is fine.

Usually I do not go like this, of course, "- told the Foundation.

The other day in Instagram, the actress published a photo, which is depicted along with a colleague on the set of the series "Grace and Frankie" Lily Tomlin. In the photo, Jane covers her face with her hand.

"I found a great way to hide bandages on my lips," she signed a photo of the Foundation.

Note that a few years ago, Jane Fonda was diagnosed with breast cancer, and in 2010 she was removed breast tumor.
