American singer Taylor Swift celebrates her victory in court over DJ and radio host David Mueller.
So, the district judge rejected the claim of 55-year-old Muller, who stated that because of "slander" Swift he was fired from the radio station. Since the radio host had no evidence that Taylor was involved in the fact that he lost his job, then no claims from the judge to the singer is not, writes People.
Note that the DJ demanded from Swift three million dollars in compensation. In turn, the singer wants Muller to pay her one dollar as compensation for being subjected to harassment from the radio presenter. According to the artist, this case is a good example of how to assert their rights.
