Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andrei Melnik called the organizers of the German show DSDS ("Germany is looking for a superstar") to exclude from the jury the lead singer of the Scooter group, HP Pix Baxter, because of his illegal visit to the Crimea-occupied Crimea.

He wrote about this in his Twitter microblogging.

"I invited the organizers of the casting show #DSDS to exclude from the jury H. Baxxter, who maliciously violates the laws of another state, "- wrote Melnik.

A prosecutor's office of Ukraine intends to call for questioning the musicians of the German band Scooter, who on the eve of speaking in the Crimea despite the protests of the official Kiev.

The Ukrainian government does not intend to touring the Scooter group: the prosecutor's office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea - and this department, as before exists and is located in Kiev - will apply to the competent German authorities and ask for legal assistance and assistance in questioning the trio participants.

This was stated on the TV channel "112 Ukraine" by the representative of the Crimean Prosecutor's Office.

On the eve of German musicians in Ukraine, a criminal case was opened. Scooter frontman Pee Baxter, as well as other members of the group faces up to eight years in prison. Everyone was charged with "Violation of the order of entry to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine".

Scoote group performed at the music festival ZBFest in Balaclava. Among its participants, among others, Russian groups "Leningrad", "Earring", as well as Dima Bilan.

In late June, Ukrainian ambassador Melnik met in Hamburg with the manager of Scooter to deny musicians from performing in the Crimea. Scooter frontman himself, commenting on the scandal with tours in the Crimea, said that the performance at the festival was regarded by the group "exclusively as a musical event".
