With the legendary Scottish singer Annie Lennox, there was a funny curiosity.
So, the coordinator of one of the radio stations in Los Angeles named Kylie sent a 62-year-old star a letter in which she told her that the singer "has potential" and a chance to get into the rotation.
But in order for the performer to spin on the air you need only send your MP3 recordings.
"I'm looking for artists who, as I believe, have potential. If you are interested, send your entries, I'll show them to the program director so that he decides if they are interesting for the release in the rotation, "wrote Kylie Annie Lennox in a letter.
Star with humor responded to the proposal.
She posted a letter on her Facebook page and commented on it: "I think I have a chance".
Recall that the owner of the Oscar, Grammy and seven Brit Awards Annie Lennox began her career in the 80's and became famous around the world with the hit Sweet Dreams, which was released in 1983. Also Lennox is included in the list of "100 greatest performers of all time according to Rolling Stone" and has the Order of the British Empire.
Together with David Stuart, Annie performs in the duo of Eurythmics.
