A special place in the heritage of Vasily Korchinsky is occupied by the pricks, with which the artist has been fond of almost half a century. His works are portrayed by symbolic plots, such as: a tree of life, stars, sun, domes, trident, pellets and flowers.

The master uses the traditional ornamental motives of Central Ukraine. Its grooves are made of black paper on colored substrates, mainly warm shades, which gives the work a bright flavor.
