And secondly, on this very day, a year ago on March 9, 2022, the Free Sky / Free Sky art action took place.. Then, between air raid alerts, the musicians of the Kyiv-Classic Symphony Orchestra under the direction of German Makarenko played a concert on Independence Square in support of the appeal of the people and the President of Ukraine to world leaders to close the sky.

Thanks to this program, specialized departments operate at higher educational and scientific institutions of Ukraine, contributing to the development of international scientific cooperation..
