On Saturday, July 23rd, Repair Together Volunteers Hosted a Rave Cleanup. Activists dismantled the rubble of the House of Culture, which burned down after shelling by the occupiers, in the village of Yagidne, Chernihiv region, to energetic DJ sets.

Kyiv activists spent the whole day dismantling the rubble and removing debris from the houses destroyed by the invaders, and in the evening they rested at the performance of the comedian Vasyl Baidak.

This is not the first Repair Together promotion.

Volunteers were already gathering for cleanup in the neighboring village of Lukashevka. Then more than 100 volunteers came from Kyiv for two days.

Repair Together is a volunteer initiative to restore villages damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Volunteers gather like-minded people and go to the destroyed villages of the Chernihiv region to help sort out the rubble, clear the streets and yards, and also help local residents with their household chores.
