As of July 22, Russian invaders committed 434 crimes against Ukrainian cultural heritage, according to the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy. So, according to the agency, 22 monuments of national importance were destroyed or damaged, 100 of local importance, and seven were only discovered objects of cultural heritage..

In addition, 105 valuable historical buildings were damaged..

At the hands of the invaders, 149 religious buildings, 46 memorial monuments in honor of historical figures and events of the 19th - early 21st centuries, 33 museums and reserves, 41 libraries, 65 houses of culture, theaters, cinemas and other cultural institutions were damaged.

Most of the affected objects (99) - in the Kharkiv region.

The ministry noted that information about the destruction and damage is still coming in.. Specialists process it and publish data on a special website.

Recall that the invaders have already destroyed more than 111 sports facilities. Estimated damage is estimated to exceed $160,000,000.
