The development of the plan is the result of the integrated work of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the Department of Urban Development and Architecture and the Department of Culture and Tourism of the HOGA, the Lyubotinsky City Council and the scientists of the Kharkov National University of Construction and Architecture.
