The Ministry of Culture of Russia has determined the recipients of grants from the Russian government for the implementation of music projects in 2018. One of the institutions of culture to which state support will be provided is the Sverdlovsk State Children's Philharmonic. The amount of the grant is eight million rubles, the funds will be directed to the production of the musical "Parisian Mysteries".

The play will be created according to one of the most popular novels of the XIX century - "Parisian secrets". In the middle of March casting of actors in a musical was held and the troupe of the future production was recruited, the artists have already started rehearsals. It is planned that the premiere will be held in autumn.

As the producer of the project, the composer, the creator of many popular musicals Kim Breitburg, the director of the Paris Secrets - the invited director of the New Opera theater, the director of the Educational Theater of the Russian Institute of Theatrical Art-GITIS Alla Chepinoga, the musical director of the project -. Gnesinikh Valeriya Breitburg.



Recall that grants aimed at supporting creative projects of regional and municipal music organizations, as well as independent music collectives, were established by the government of the Russian Federation in 2014. This year, the Department of State Support for Arts and Folk Art of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, requesting state support for the implementation of creative projects, received 71 applications. As a result, the expert council of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation determined the recipients of grants - they were 15 music organizations.
