GUS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sverdlovsk region instituted criminal proceedings on abuse of official authority. The figurant of the case is the former director of the "Ural pelmeni" Sergei Netievsky, who is accused of withdrawing 173 million rubles. This is reported by the media with reference to lawyers "Pelmeney".

According to lawyers, in July 2012, Netievsky registered a one-day firm with which he entered into a contract with ZAO STS.

Subsequently, the former director, with some periodicity, registered new companies and again concluded contracts, and most of the fees were withheld from colleagues. Scams and abuses lasted more than three years, during this time, according to other members of the team, Netievsky "earned" 173 million rubles.

Statement on Netievsky to the police wrote a new director of the "Ural pelmeni" Yevgeny Orlov. If the court finds the ex-director guilty, he faces up to 10 years in prison. In the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the official information is not yet commented on.
