Hungaricum - a kind of a list of unique and typically Hungarian objects and phenomena - was replenished with three novelties.

Finally, a well-deserved place in the list received the traditional Hungarian thick goulash soup. This national dish is prepared from stews, potatoes, onions and other vegetables. Once goulash was a traditional meal of Hungarian shepherds, and now it is loved by both locals and tourists, writes EuroPulse.

Part of the Hungaricum was the Order of St. Paul, the First Hermit. This is an international order that unites monasteries not only in Hungary, but also in many other European countries, as well as in Australia, the United States and even in several African countries. This order was founded in the thirteenth century in Hungary and unites more than 500 monks who live according to the strict Pauline statute created in the way of life of the first monk-hermit.

The third addition this year was the traditional Hollochas porcelain produced in Hungary for the past 240 years at the manufactory of Hollochassi Portcelan, founded in 1777. Especially appreciated is Holochasian porcelain, painted by hand.

Now the list contains 70 Hungaricums. Among them - the dance czardas, cake "Dobosh", the breed of sheep "Ratka", the inventor of the famous puzzle Erne Rubik and the largest lake in Central Europe Balaton.
