Every year the High Representative Council selects women who have achieved significant success in their business, benefiting society, the Ukrainian media.

The awarding ceremony was held at the Kyiv National Academic Operetta Theater. Among the winners of the jubilee award were women volunteers, doctors, sportswomen, businessmen, public figures from all over the country.

Irina Lutsenko became the winner in the category "Rating" for the protection of rights and equal opportunities for men and women, upholding justice and human rights in all spheres of life.
