Architect, participant in the public movement "Real Story" Marina Sakharova urged Yekaterinburg residents to follow the fate of the sloth-house. At the site located at 14 Gorkogo Street, construction works are underway. She is concerned that the monument of architecture will change its historical appearance if it has a winter garden on its roof.

"According to the published position of the regional body for the protection of cultural heritage sites (summary of proposals from 13. 07. 16): "The installation of a winter garden on the roof of a two-story extension changes the historical appearance of the monument". I ask to provide information, what decision was made by the Office for the approval of scientific and project documentation with the installation of a winter garden or without it? I request that measures be taken to monitor the work on the cultural heritage site "Profitable House of the Merchant of Chuveldin," - offers a test for contacting the Department of State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sverdlovsk Region Sakharov.

Recall, "Profitable house of the merchant Chuveldin" was sold in January 2017. The new owner of the object, which is a monument of architecture, was LLC "Capital". The initial sale price of the property was 6 million 240 thousand rubles. The total amount of the transaction amounted to 6 million 310 thousand rubles.

Earlier, Marina Sakharova had already opposed the slanting house by Mikhail Yuzhakov, who reconstructed the "Passage".
