According to the director of the Pisarevsky Ethnographic Open-Air Museum "Ukrainian Sloboda" by Leonid Kobets, various constructions of the museum appeared in Pisarevka at different times.
"The pantry and the tavern have always been in this place, and the rest of the structures were brought - they made up the complex of the museum, which began operating in 2008. For example, the house was brought to Malyzhino on Zolochivschina by a family of peasants from Merchik in 1929. Then it had a kindergarten and collective farm management, and after it was transported to us, in Pisarevka. They wanted to take the house to the museum in Skovorodinovka, but they protected the community ".
Now the museum has more than five hundred exhibits, among them - a towel of the middle of the XIX century and embroidered. Exhibits were collected by enthusiasts in Pisarevka and neighboring villages.
"Reconstruction of the house is already completed, it remains only to install fencing and gutters. Now we are gradually transferring the exhibits from the building of the inn, I want to finish something else - decorate the oven, set up benches. I think that in the spring the building will receive visitors, "- said the director of the museum.
He noted that he expects to continue repairs in the next year - reconstruction requires the building of a tavern and a storeroom.
"We will develop green tourism - we will make a tavern so that visitors can try real Ukrainian dishes. Children come to us from schools in the district and the region, visit families from Kharkov and neighboring regions. Anyone wishing to see an authentic dwelling of the end of the century before last can come to our museum, "- invites you to visit the" Ukrainian Village "Leonid Kobets.
