SBU lifted the ban for the Belarusian singer Max Korzh to enter Ukraine, despite performances with concerts in the occupied Crimea.

The SBU noted that they did not find a threat to national security in Korzh's actions, despite the facts of visiting the occupied Crimea.



"At the same time, paying attention to Korzh's stay in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the presence of signs of administrative violations in his actions, the liability for which is provided for in articles 204-1 and 204-2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, about the fact of violation of the rules of crossing the state border, The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, "- said in the official response of the Security Service of Ukraine.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada set a fine for the organizers of concerts for the participation in them of Russian performers, whose entry into Ukraine is prohibited. The corresponding bill was voted by the parliamentarians with 232 votes in the second reading and in general.
