The Ural playwright Nikolai Kolyada can receive the honorary title of People's Artist of Russia. Now the relevant application is in the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
"It's too early to congratulate: tomorrow all the documents will return, as is usually the case, because there is not any comma, help or anything else. Virtually no one now is given the title, "- said Nikolai Kolyada.
The director needed to provide a reward sheet, a copy of the work book, certificates and certificates of honor from the governor. Also recommendations of five national artists are necessary. Kolyada was given to them by Love Vorozhtsova, Ninel Petrova, Vyacheslav Kirilichev, Kirill Strezhnev and Veronika Belkovskaya.
