Daily shivering from cold helps to lose weight. Endocrinologist from Australia Paul Lee believes that when you shiver in the human body produces heat. At the same time, energy will be consumed. A similar process occurs in the body when doing sports. According to the scientist, when a person trembles from the cold, he does not have enough heat.
