In CRNAP, they advocate banning scenes with alcohol drinking "in television, video, film programs, documentary and feature films," since in most cases this is a covert advertisement of an unhealthy lifestyle. Authors of the appeal ask Medvedev to instruct Roskomnadzor, the Ministry of Health, the FAS and the Ministry of Justice to consider this initiative.
It is assumed that the document should help reduce the incidence of alcohol abuse.
