The author of the portal Main sent to the editor a letter with a new poem. We publish the full text of this message.

Hello! On the very day of May 9, the celebration of which in Russia turned into an imperial-chauvinistic coven and frustration, I decided to send you my little poem, recently translated into English by a British journalist, a writer and translator, the author of the documentary "The Way to Ukraine" Sarah Hurst Sarah Hurst. ) In these four lines I tried to formulate the terrible truth about that monstrous meat grinder and the colossal price by which the victory over Hitler's Germany was bought. I would very much like to convey to the common people in today's militaristic-fascist Russia the idea that the heroization of war in a nuclear power is extremely dangerous for the whole world. Alas, the bloody massacre in the southeast of Ukraine, unleashed with the most active participation of my country, is a vivid confirmation of this.

THE VICTORY OF THE USSR OVER HITLER IS DEDICATED.

Do not be proud of us and the Soviet-German war, on which we laid for 30 million, ten times thicker than the enemy, and only approved of despotism.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn "The Third Rome" grappled with the Third Reich.

Red brown plague Has shown its power with success - Lost Auschwitz Kolyma.

DEDICATED TO THE USSR'S VICTORY OVER HITLER.

We could not even take pride in the Soviet-German war in which we laid down almost 30 million lives, ten times more than the enemy, but only confirmed despotism over ourselves.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn The Third Rome fought the Third Reich.

That plague of red and brown Displayed his terrible strike - And Kolyma brought Auschwitz down.

Translated by Sarah Hurst Sincerely, Alexander Byvshev, Oryol Region. , After. Kromy, a figurant of three criminal cases for his anti-imperial, anti-war verses.
