Oorfene is already rubbing her hands and is preparing to celebrate the victory, but there it was. The legendary four led by fearless Ally with the help of spectators will give him worthy resistance.
Heroes of the cartoon were voiced by Konstantin Khabensky, Dmitry Dyuzhev, Sergey Shnurov. And favorite characters from Alexander Volkov's books in the cartoon will acquire new traits of character - for example, Elli will become a modern schoolgirl.
The second novelty will be the historical war drama directed by Nicky Caro "The Wife of the Zoo Warden" (16+) based on the novel by the same name Diane Ackerman. The film is based on real events, it's about real people and about real losses. It's about those things that we all need to remember and at the same time do everything to ensure that this never happens again. This deep, filled with a lot of sentimental moments of the film, carries in itself something more than the history of one family. But first things first.
The plot of the picture unfolds during the Second World War in Poland. The main characters of the film - the couple Jan and Antonina Zhabinskie (Jonah Heldenberg and Jessica Chestane) turned their zoo into a refuge for Jews. Becoming participants of the Polish underground, they hide hundreds of unfortunate people in the cages of dead animals and another dozen - in their home. In terrible conditions, spouses have to take care of both people and miraculously surviving animals, when only one hunger and death are around. Having taken under their roof persecuted fugitives, Zhabinskie endanger their own lives.
However, all the guests of the owners of the zoo, except for two, will survive, and, therefore, the game was worth the candle, while Jan and Antonina Zhabinskie themselves after the war will stand in line with such heroes as Oscar Schindler, Irena Sendler and Raoul Wallenberg.
