A man told how 250 thousand steps a week changed his body

28-year-old British YouTube blogger Jack Massey Welsh said that in seven days he walked 250 thousand steps (35,700 per day), covering a total of 23 km, and saw changes in his business that amazed him. He talked about this on his channel.
