In Russia, they can start transferring maternity capital to mother's bank cards.

"Parents of newborns should not queue in state organizations to register an infant. It must pass automatically in the form of entering the relevant information into the registry office.

This should be established within the framework of interdepartmental interaction, "- said RIA Novosti, the Minister of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Noskov.
