In Moscow, the inspectors of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate detained the actor Alexei Panin. The car, driven by a 40-year-old man, was stopped at 7 km of the Moscow Ring Road. After breaking through the driver's documents, the inspectors found out that Panin had 248 traffic violations. All of them are fixed by photo-fixation cameras.

Now in the Moscow chapter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs there is an administrative proceeding and the question on attraction of Panin to responsibility under item 20. 25 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Evasion from Administrative Liability"). Actors may be arrested for 15 days.
Earlier, Panin posted on the Internet a video on which he was driving his BMW on Leninsky Prospekt in Moscow at high speed, without holding the steering wheel with his hands.
