Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes that the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan stated that Ukrainian citizens do not have a special need to go to Russia and they can be sent there, as well as to the districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions "just to visit their relatives ".

In an interview with the publication "Observer" Ukrainian Minister said: "I believe that there is nothing to go there.

There is no need to go to Russia, in fact. In addition (how) to see the family, who has it there ".

Omelyan also said that his ministry was the initiator of the termination of the transport communication of Ukraine with the Crimea and the Donbas. Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine concluded: "If we go to Europe - we must go to Europe". He called the "decision of Kiev" a "strategic mistake" to allow "Russian pensioners and other Russians to stay in the Crimea and receive a Russian pension".
