On the official Internet portal of legal information there is a document from which it follows that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law introducing, as an experiment, a fee for the use of resort infrastructure in the Crimea, Altai, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories. "Izvestia" clarifies that the fee in 2018 will be 50 rubles per day, in the future this amount will increase to 100 rubles per day.
It is noted that in this case the document fixes the possibility of differentiation of the collection depending on the seasonality, the time of stay of the holidaymakers, the value of the resort and the location of the municipalities participating in the experiment. Thus, in some cases, it will be possible to reduce payments to zero.
It is reported that the fee will be levied on citizens who will spend more than 24 hours on the territory of the region. From the payment of the fee, federal exempts, persons accompanying disabled people of the first group and children with disabilities and low-income families will be released.
The collected funds will be sent to the budget of the region, where it is also planned to create the Resort Infrastructure Development Fund, which will distribute them.
