RIA Novosti reports that the Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a statement of the bank "Yugra", which demands that the decisions and actions of the Central Bank.

It is specified that the application was submitted to the court on Monday, July 24. It is noted that it has not yet been accepted for production.

At the same time, the statement does not indicate what actions the Central Bank is contesting the applicant.

Recall, the Central Bank introduced an interim administration in the bank "Yugra" in connection with suspicions in the unreliable reporting of a credit institution provided for several months.

The Prosecutor General's Office protested and demanded that the Central Bank's decisions on the bank Yugra be canceled.
