Portal runews24. Ru informs that the media have published information on the state, which Vladimir Litvinenko, who holds the post of rector of the St. Petersburg Mining University.

It is noted that the rector is known for the fact that under his scientific guidance defended his thesis candidate Russian President Vladimir Putin.

As you know, Litvinenko is not the first year in charge of the rating of the richest leaders of Russian universities. Vedomosti reports that according to the declaration for the past year, its revenues amounted to 195.7 million rubles (a year earlier - more than 270 million rubles).

However, it is noted that Litvinenko's declarations reflect only a small part of his state.

As reported, this spring he brought his share in the company "Fosagro", one of the world's largest producers of fertilizers, to 19.35% of shares. As of last Friday, on July 21 the value of this package was at the level of 59.9 billion rubles. (1.01 billion dollars).

Rector is the second-largest co-owner of the company. A large share is only the founder of "Fosagro", a former member of the Federation Council Andrei Guriev and his family - under their control is 48.48% of the shares.
