Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded President Xi Jinping the Order of the Holy Apostle Andrew the First-Called.
The text of the document published on the Kremlin website says: "The award was awarded for outstanding services in strengthening friendship and cooperation between the peoples of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China".
The award ceremony will be held this afternoon in the Kremlin, immediately after the talks in a narrow format. Recall that since yesterday, Xi Jinping is on a visit to Russia, and has already passed an informal meeting of the two leaders.
