RIA Novosti reports that the Moscow Arbitration Court partially granted the claim of Gerard Depardieu to entrepreneur Elena Lazareva and recovered from the woman more than five million rubles.

The judge announced the decision: "To recover the amount of unreasonable enrichment".

The representative of the actor demanded to collect from the Russians 6.6 million rubles.

As reported, Gerard Depardieu in December 2016 filed three lawsuits against Elena Lazareva for a total of more than 7.2 million rubles. According to one of them, the court ruled in late May (the entrepreneur is obliged to return the actor 591 thousand rubles), and two appeals were merged.

Depardieu demanded from Lazareva to return the money, which the woman transferred from the account of the actor in Probusinessbank. The representative of the plaintiff asserted that there were no contractual relations between Depardieu and Lazareva.

However, Lazareva responded that she had rendered legal services to Depardie by agreement with his producer and representative in Russia Arnaud Frille. In particular, she said, in 2013 she was engaged in obtaining for the actor who received Russian citizenship the status of an individual entrepreneur.
