RIA Novosti informs that the State Duma adopted in the third and final reading amendments to the law on the federal budget for 2017, reducing its deficit.

It is reported that the planned expenditures of the treasury increase by 362 billion rubles - to 16,603 trillion rubles, the expected revenues - by 1,191 trillion rubles, to 14.679 trillion rubles. The deficit is reduced by 829 billion rubles - up to 1.924 trillion rubles.

It is specified that the changes in the budget are calculated based on the projected nominal GDP of 92.19 trillion rubles. Thus, the budget deficit will be 2.1% of GDP instead of 3.2% of GDP in the current law.

As it became known, according to the governmental amendment introduced in the second reading of the document, 5.3 billion rubles are intended to be transferred to the authorized capital of the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) to replenish the fleet of aircrafts of Russian airlines.

In addition, another amendment gives the government the right in 2017 to take into the treasury the shares of the bank "Russian Capital" owned and (or) acquired by the DIA, which will then be transferred to AHML.

The transfer of shares will be carried out through the reduction of property contributions made earlier in accordance with the laws on the federal budget for 2008-2010 and 2014-2016, for a total of 92 billion rubles, which corresponds to the book value of these securities.

Also, according to another amendment, five million rubles are planned to be spent on completing two non-feature films about the Crimea. The amendments, in addition, provide for 210 million rubles in allocations for the provision of two broadcasting organizations that are members of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) and set up to work in the Crimea and Sevastopol.
