It follows from the data of the Moscow Stock Exchange that Gazprom shares are falling amid reports on securities of the Ukrainian company Gaztransit, informs Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
As it became known earlier, Gazprom received from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine a resolution on opening an enforcement proceeding in the amount of 395 billion rubles and imposing an arrest on the shares of the company Gaztransit belonging to the concern within the framework of the antimonopoly case. It is specified that the Russian gas holding owns 40 percent in the Ukrainian company.
Recall, two years ago, the antimonopoly committee of Ukraine had already imposed a penalty on Gazoprom for allegedly abusing a monopoly position in the Ukrainian gas transit market.
Gazprom was then surprised by this decision and noted that they do not conduct business in the country.
