The regulator's press service reported that the Central Bank of Russia revoked licenses for banking operations from Moscow's Ivy Bank and Petrozavodsk RITC Bank. It is also reported that the Bank of Russia annulled the license from the non-bank credit organization IR-Credit,.

According to the information of the Central Bank, transactions and transactions made by Ivy Bank have created a real threat to the interests of its creditors and depositors. The decision to revoke the license from RITC Bank was made due to the emergence of an acute liquidity shortage, as a result of which the credit institution completely lost its capital. The cancellation of the license of NPO IR-Credit is connected with the decision of the authorized body of the credit organization to terminate the activity in the order of voluntary liquidation.

The Central Bank also noted that the regulator repeatedly applied to Ivy Bank and RITC Bank supervisory measures, including restrictions on the implementation of certain transactions. It is noted that the management and owners did not take effective and sufficient measures to normalize activities.

The Bank of Russia issued orders, according to which "Ivy Bank" and RITC Bank appointed interim administrations. Powers of executive bodies of credit organizations are suspended in accordance with federal laws.
