The official representative of the IC Svetlana Petrenko, who was admitted to the RT, said that the Investigative Committee of Russia initiated four more criminal cases after the shelling of the territory of Donbass by Ukrainian security forces.

As specified, in their actions, signs of a crime provided for. 1 st. 356 of the Criminal Code of Russia (the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare).

The report says: "According to the investigation, on May 13 and 17, 2017, servicemen of the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine, carrying out deliberately criminal orders of higher officials, fired targeted artillery shelling from heavy weapons of civilian infrastructure facilities in Dokuchaevsk, Kominternovo, Settlements Kashtanovoye and Krutaya Balka in the Donetsk region. As a result of these crimes, four civilians were injured, two people were killed ".

It is noted that none of the dead and injured participated in the armed conflict.

According to the version of the investigation, the Kiev security forces acted intentionally with the aim of killing or causing harm to health in a generally dangerous manner to the population of the south-east of Ukraine.

The FAN previously reported that as a result of the attack by Ukrainian security forces, more than ten residential buildings and a school building in Donetsk were damaged.
