Izvestia reports that since yesterday, on May 14, because of an abnormal situation, the Moscow Oil Refinery (NPZ) of Gazprom Neft stopped receiving oil and surrendering its products.
Transneft's press secretary Igor Demin said: "Since yesterday, because of an abnormal situation, I stopped receiving and handing over the finished products to the Moscow Refinery system".
In addition, as it became known earlier, since early May, there has been a restriction on oil deliveries to the Perm Refinery after the ignition of equipment to produce diesel oil, fuel oil, distillate gasoline and kerosene from oil. The plant planned to restart the plant in mid-May.
According to Demin, since May 15, the Moscow Refinery imposed a restriction on the acceptance of Taneco products (Tatarstan Oil Refinery Complex).
The Moscow Refinery is one of the main producers of fuel for the Moscow region, provides about 40% of the market and produces about 30 types of petroleum products.
