Chairman of the Committee of the Council on Social Policy Valery Ryazansky said that the Federation Council is considering the idea of ??imposing a ban on traveling abroad for Russians who are engaged in informal labor activity,.

He said that if citizens receive income, but "do not legalize their relationship with the state," they can count on emergency medical care, but it may be necessary to forget about going abroad, Russian Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

Ryazansky also stressed that in this way the state will be able to remind citizens that "they have accumulated unfulfilled social obligations".

In addition, Russians who shy away from payments to the MHIF Fund may lose their full pension due to their small official length of service or a small number of "points" that must be recruited during working life.
