"RT in Russian" informs, referring to the relevant bill prepared by the deputy of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Sergei Vostretsov, that the payment of childcare allowance is proposed to be extended to three years.

The initiative also provides a grant in a fixed amount for individuals whose children between the ages of three and seven did not receive a place in the kindergarten, "RIA Novosti". The monthly payment in this case will be three thousand rubles for each child.

It is noted that now the allowance for care is issued only during the first year and a half, its size is about 40% of the average earnings. In addition, the amount depends on the fact of employment, salary before leaving on leave, and the region of residence.
