Ukraine expects to organize a visit of President Vladimir Zelensky to the United States at the earliest possible date in November in order to reach agreements with US President Donald Trump on a peace plan, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov said on Tuesday morning.

Recently it became known that American and Ukrainian officials are discussing the possibility of a personal meeting between Vladimir Zelensky and Donald Trump to discuss a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine. However, later Suspilne, citing sources in the White House, stated that such a meeting is not planned this week.

Earlier, the FT reported that the peace plan for Ukraine was reduced from 28 points to 19.
