The head of state emphasized that the main issue for millions of internally displaced persons remains housing. “Our partners definitely have a resource to help with this,” he emphasized.

According to the government, there are currently about five million internal immigrants in Ukraine.

To provide them with housing, $ 40-50 billion is required. During a press conference, after a meeting with the President of the EBRD, Zelensky stated that a fair decision would be the use of frozen Russian assets for these needs.
