“The agreement will be subject to ratification, which means it will be binding on the parties, and will remain in force for 100 years,” Zhovkva noted.

He said that under the agreement, Britain will annually provide Ukraine with at least three billion pounds of military assistance until at least 2030-31 and as long as there is a need. The parties will strengthen cooperation in the field of safety of navigation in the Black and Azov Seas, in particular, through “flotillas”.

London will expand its contribution to the fighter coalition. In particular, we are talking about language training and assistance to the F-16, as well as the supply of other types of NATO fighters. In addition, London and Kyiv will deepen cooperation in the production of weapons, in particular, long-range Ukrainian weapons and integrated air defense.

“It is expected to consider the possibilities of creating military bases and warehouses on the territory of Ukraine and using them in the event of an escalation of aggression,” Zhovkva added.

They will create a Ukrainian-British cultural commission, within which they will discuss joint financing of projects in the field of culture and art.

Zhovkva also said that Kyiv and London have begun a regular dialogue on migration and mobility.
