The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal of Kyiv banned the activities of the Communist Party in Ukraine, the property and assets of the political force will be transferred to the ownership of the state.
“The panel of judges of the Eighth AAC completed the consideration of the administrative case No. 826/9751/14.
The court satisfied the claims of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine: the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine are prohibited; property, funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary organizations and other structural entities were transferred to the ownership of the state,” the court said..
