Journalist Sergei Garmash noted that Ukraine is not interested in shelling civilian infrastructure in the occupied territories. As for the bombing of Donetsk, Russian troops are doing this in order to create a humanitarian crisis in the city and then blame the West for it, which supplies the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons. Garmash spoke about this during the broadcast on Radio NV.

Ukrainian defenders during the shelling aim exclusively at military targets, while the tactics of the Russians are to leave scorched earth behind.

Garmash also spoke about the advantage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front. We are talking about Western weapons, they are many times more powerful than Russian weapons, which is why the Russian Federation came up with a situation with the shelling of Donetsk.
