On June 14, the Eighth Court of Appeal in Lviv banned the activities of the Nashi party, which the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine included in the list of pro-Russian political forces, and which is chaired by ex-deputy Yevgeny Muraev, whom the Russian special services allegedly planned to put at the head of a puppet government after the seizure of power in Kyiv, reported movement "

The property of the party and all its organizations, according to the court decision, is transferred to the state, but the decision can still be appealed to the Supreme Court.

The arguments of the Ministry to ban the party are still unknown to the public, since the panel of judges did not allow journalists and members of the public to attend the meeting.

Yevgeny Muraev in 2006 for the first time became a deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council from the Viche party, and in 2010 he was re-elected to the regional council already from the Party of Regions. From it, he first went to parliament in 2012, and in 2014 Muraev won again in 181 constituencies, already as an independent candidate. In parliament, the politician joined the Opposition Bloc faction, whose activities in Ukraine have already been banned by the court.

In 2017, Yevgeny Muraev, together with another state traitor, Vadim Rabinovich, began to develop the party "

In October 2018, Muraev simultaneously launched an advertising campaign for his new political party " In the same year, the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings against MP Yevgeny Muraev under the articles " The reason was the scandalous statement of the deputy on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel about Oleg Sentsov.

True, in the early parliamentary elections of 2019 he ran on the list of the Opposition Bloc, but the party did not enter parliament.

After the Russian invasion, Muraev disappeared from the media space. According to media reports, he left for Russia.

As noted in Chestno, today the court will consider cases on the ban of four more parties, in particular cases on the parties of two traitors Volodymyr Saldo and Natalia Vitrenko.
