The State Bureau of Investigation noted that a special pre-trial investigation will allow sending the indictment to the court in absentia.
“The investigation found that in order to forcibly disperse students from Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv on the night of November 30, 2013, the former official colluded with the former head of the Kyiv city state administration and influenced the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in his own office,” it says. in the message.
Sivkovich persuaded a law enforcement officer to give an order to police officers to disperse citizens from the square, which, among other things, violated their constitutional right to a peaceful assembly.
He was suspected of organizing unlawful obstruction by an official of holding rallies and organizing abuse of power by law enforcement officials with the use of physical violence (h. 3 st. 27, st. 340 and h. 3 st. 27, h. 2 st. 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
