PresidentVladimir Zelensky called for the extension of sanctions to all Russian officials and judges working for the war against Ukraine and repression against Ukrainians.

“More sanctions are needed against Russia for the war. As soon as the 6th sanctions package starts working, we should all prepare the 7th. All Russian employees who work for the war and all Russian judges who work for repression should be sanctioned,” Zelensky said in the Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg.

He stressed that all their assets should be frozen..

Zelensky pointed to the need to find a legal opportunity to confiscate their assets and send them to compensate for the losses that Russia inflicted on the victims of the war in Ukraine.

“It will be fair and instructive for the aggressor.

We must show that European unity transcends any doubt about Europe's ability to defend its values,"

Disputes over oil embargo on Russia have been going on for more than a month. On the evening of May 30, the sixth package of sanctions, including a partial oil embargo, was nevertheless agreed upon and released from it by Hungary, which will continue to import Russian oil through the pipeline.

Russia has already reacted to another sanctions strike. They pretend that nothing happened and they will just look for new markets.
