It is noted that bill No. 7247 proposes to introduce the intervention of regional state (military) administrations in the internal issues of the activities of local governments. The PSA is convinced that it violates the constitutional principles of the distribution of powers between state power and local self-government, undermines the relationship between local self-government and state power, and during martial law, the country's defense capability.

The PSA expressed its position in letters to the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, chairmen of factions and groups, chairmen of parliamentary committees.
