Kyiv's patience and willingness to negotiate with Moscow to end the war is waning as evidence grows pointing to atrocities committed by the Russian army in Ukraine.

This, according to The Guardian, was said by President Volodymyr Zelensky during a virtual address to students of the Institute for Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris..

“We are ready to continue these negotiations, these conversations, before it is too late. But with every new Bucha, with every new Mariupol, with every new city where dozens of people were killed and raped, with every new case of atrocities, the desire and ability to negotiate disappears, as well as the ability to solve this problem diplomatically,” said the Ukrainian.

Zelenskiy also said he was seeking to regain control of Ukrainian territories before the end of the war with Russia could be foreseen..

“Once we get back everything that is ours, we will end this,” he explained..

Recall that the mayor of Bucha, Anatoly Fedoruk, said that the Russian military killed the inhabitants of the city according to special lists that local collaborators helped to compile. On the territory of the city, the collection and exhumation of the bodies of those killed during the occupation is nearing completion, and the prosecutor's office has already identified 10 Russian military personnel involved in these tortures and murders.
